Job Description: Food Service Manager Position
Taco Bell - Plover is currently hiring a full-time or part-time Food Service Manager for our Plover, WI location. The ideal candidate will have effective verbal and written communication skills and be able to lead their team to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with store policies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to quality service.
- Monitor team members to ensure they follow all service standards and provide feedback for improvement.
- Assist the manager in planning and managing the restaurant's operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and employee scheduling.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all equipment is functioning properly.
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve employee performance.
