About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Accurately process orders and payments
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, including facility cleanliness and food preparation
• Work effectively with our delivery partners

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• No previous experience required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operating instructions
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance
