- Manage inbound catering inquiries via phone and email, providing tailored proposals and timely follow-ups.
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to increase catering revenue, focusing on high-value clients and re-engaging lapsed customers.
- Proactively reach out to corporate clients, event planners, and organizations to expand market share.
- Set and achieve performance-driven sales benchmarks, meeting and exceeding weekly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key catering clients, ensuring a seamless experience from order placement to execution.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships by anticipating client needs and offering customized solutions.
- Conduct follow-ups on first-time orders to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Partner with restaurant teams to ensure seamless execution of catering orders.
- Troubleshoot challenges in real time, ensuring orders meet brand standards and exceed client expectations.
- Assist in planning and coordinating large-scale catering events as needed.
- Track sales performance, analyze customer trends, and share insights in weekly team meetings.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and enhance operational efficiencies.

- 3 years of experience in catering sales, restaurant operations, or hospitality, with a strong track record of revenue growth.
- Proven ability to develop sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and consistently exceed sales goals.
- Experience using sales CRM tools, catering order platforms, and performance tracking software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Office 365.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including occasional evenings and weekends.
