Position Overview:

Local tech startup (Tadabase.io) is seeking a driven Technical Implementation Specialist to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their unique requirements, design and build custom applications on our platform, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Your work will empower customers to achieve their goals faster, driving adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs, workflows, and requirements.
  • Design and build custom applications on the Tadabase platform to meet customer objectives.
  • Manage and execute onboarding projects to get customers up and running quickly.
  • Guide customers through the implementation process, offering training and best practices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing technical guidance to maximize platform value.
  • Write and maintain onboarding resources, including documentation, guides, and training videos.
  • Work closely with the QA and product teams to test new features and ensure platform reliability.


Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

Essential:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to understand and articulate technical concepts effectively.
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take ownership of projects.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and database systems.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.
  • Understanding of APIs and experience with integrations.
  • Prior experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer success roles in a technical capacity.
  • Ability to effectively research and find solutions using platforms like Stack Overflow and Google.


Salary Range: $45,000-$90,000


Office Location:

This position offers a hybrid work environment, requiring you to be on-site 3-4 days per week at our office in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
