Support Consultant
Salary : $50-55k / year
Location : St. Paul, MN
Schedule : M-F, Daytime hours
Position Overview
As a Support Consultant, you will work with individuals enrolled in the program to educate them on program models, rules, processes, and policies. You will assist with creating service delivery plans and quality review plans, and help evaluate service utilization to provide recommendations for service improvements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct home visits to a diverse range of participants, ensuring program adherence and providing guidance.
- Spend at least 70% of work hours on home visits, potentially exceeding this as business needs dictate.
- Organize caseload effectively to maximize efficiency in driving time and service delivery.
- Drive 60 miles or more to visit participants homes, ensuring a reliable and safe driving record.
- Master internal systems and tools to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.
