Job Description:
- Assists the sales team in obtaining and keeping customers by performing administrative and clerical tasks.
- Responds to customer claims and questions, ensures orders are processed on time, and schedules meetings and appointments.
- Compiles daily lists of leads and delegates them to sales team associates.
- Maintains an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals.
- Performs data entry duties in regard to metrics, sales figures and other key data.
- Creates and processes sales in a timely manner.
- Reports any unusual activity to supervisors.
- Expedites requests for rush orders and alters sales orders and shipping information as needed.
- Handles all other administrative duties for sales department.
- Assists management team members and executives as needed.
Job Tasks:
- Create Purchase and Quote Orders
- Create Invoices
- Contact vendors and customers
- Data Entry and Filing
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED, AND
- Associate’s Degree or higher
- Valid driver’s license
- Japanese language familiarity a plus
Hours: 40 hours per week, M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM/1 hour unpaid lunch
