Responsibilities:
As an Office Assistant/Receptionist at Blue Mountain Loans, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by providing essential administrative support and exceptional customer service. This position involves answering incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate staff, and assisting with various clerical tasks to support the loan and services teams. You will help create a welcoming environment while ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate staff.
Provide clerical support to loan and services teams.
File documents and fill out clients
Assist with other office tasks as needed.
Bilingual in Spanish is a highly appreciated but not required.
