Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Provider to join our team. We have full-time and part-time openings for our evening shifts Monday-Friday 3 pm-8:30 pm, 4 pm-8:30 pm & 5 pm-8:30 pm) & rotating Saturdays 12:00 pm-8:30 pm. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in our care. Duties:
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as diaper changing and potty training
- Monitor children's behavior and implement behavior management techniques when necessary
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other childcare providers to ensure a cohesive and stimulating environment
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a daycare, preschool, or classroom setting preferred
- Familiarity with first aid procedures for children
- Strong understanding of child development principles
- Ability to engage and educate children through creative activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
