SUMMARY :
Interviews prospective employees for positions by advertising, direct contact, employee referrals, research organizations and employment agencies,. Refers applicants to particular job openings, conducts reference checks and other pre-employment screening activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES : Conduct full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates to meet staffing needs for proposals. Collaborate with proposal teams to understand specific staffing requirements and timelines for each active proposal. Demonstrated experience in incumbent capture strategies for large proposal efforts, including identifying key personnel, assessing qualifications, and integrating talent into the proposal framework. Maintain a comprehensive staffing tracker to monitor candidate progress, timelines, and requirements for all active proposals. Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including leveraging social media and professional networks. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of talent for future proposals. Provide regular updates and reports on staffing status, candidate pipeline, and recruitment metrics to the proposal team and management. Coordinate with hiring manager REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Skills required for this job are typically acquired through 2 years of experience.
