Talent Depot a staffing agency is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator on behalf of our client. This is a great opportunity for an organized and detailoriented professional to support key recruiting processes ensuring a seamless candidate experience from interview scheduling to onboarding .
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule phone video and onsite interviews coordinating availability and reserving conference rooms as needed.
- Manage interview logistics including special arrangements and travel coordination when required.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters and new hire packages ensuring timely collection of preemployment documentation (e.g. I9 background checks and drug screenings).
- Support new hire onboarding facilitating communication between HR IT and security teams.
- Maintain and administer the applicant tracking system (ATS) ensuring accurate requisition tracking and file management.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews on assigned requisitions.
- Track and monitor special payments (e.g. signon bonuses employee referral rewards).
- Provide logistical support for recruiting events such as job fairs campus hiring and onsite recruiting initiatives .
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements within the recruiting function.
- Support sourcing and candidate identification for internship programs pipeline hiring and temporary or fulltime roles across multiple disciplines.

Entry Level Bachelor\'s or Associate\'s degree preferred 1-3 years of recruitment support experience, customer service, administrative, or related work experience preferred. Ability to effectively communicate policies and information, knowing when to escalate questions or issues. Excellent attention to details and accuracy of data, ability to prioritize and follow through on requests.
