Key Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with client managers to identify and address staffing requirements while keeping them updated on applicant status.
• Guide drivers through client and carrier application processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is properly completed.
• Organize and oversee orientation logistics, handling travel arrangements and accommodations while addressing any unforeseen challenges.
• Execute administrative responsibilities and assist with additional team requirements as needed.
