Role: ETL Test Lead

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor, coordinating testing efforts across lines of business (LOB).
- Maintain strong communication and build relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
- Deep understanding of data warehouse principles, data modeling, and data validation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end data flow, with a focus on downstream consumers and their data needs.
- Partner with Technology Testing leads to eliminate testing gaps and prevent redundancy.
- Work within an Agile delivery framework to ensure timely and high-quality test outcomes.
- Utilize tools such as Jira, JTMF, and Confluence for documentation and project management.
- Create and manage comprehensive testing artifacts, leveraging input from stakeholders.
- Provide detailed reports on testing design, execution, and defect metrics.
- Identify opportunities for automation in business testing and work with technology partners to build automated test suites.
- Lead triage calls to facilitate defect resolution between business and technology teams.
- Proficient in Oracle, Azure, Tableau, and other data warehouse and data visualization platforms.
