Job Description

  • Team is not currently following up with new users on if they are utilizing full capabilities of UW workbench and need someone to own this process.
  • Group training, best practices training for new users with online sessions and content creation.
  • Must have previous experience with UW workbench on SME level.
  • Must have genuine interest in training & teaching.
  • Team is training on functionality with UW workbench in an agile fashion to new and old users.
  • Tech savvy, editing videos, creating content (experience with Synthesia is recommended)
  • Would need flexibility teaching older users stuck in their ways .
  • Being able to communicate in insurance language is a benefit but not required.
