We are actively seeking two dynamic Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to join our high-performing team.

One RSM will oversee the Atlantic Coast Region, covering South Carolina, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, and Maryland. Candidates may reside anywhere along the Atlantic Coast from New York to Georgia.

One RSM will manage the Florida Territory, with flexibility to reside anywhere within the state.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team of 8–12 Territory Sales Managers, driving performance, expanding market reach, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. This role is pivotal in supporting company growth by cultivating strong builder and homeowner relationships and increasing deposit activity in your region.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day sales operations within the assigned territory, with a focus on expanding new accounts while maintaining existing relationships.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Territory Sales Managers to meet and exceed performance goals.

Recruit, vet, and recommend candidates to build a successful and productive sales team.

Conduct market visits a minimum of twice per year (announced or unannounced) for each sales rep’s territory.

Partner with reps to visit customers, including general contractors, architects, designers, and homeowners.

Attend national and regional trade shows, including the Annual NAHB International Builder’s Show.

Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities and market trends.

Collaborate with HR on performance management and corrective action processes as needed.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support sales and company initiatives.
Ideal Background

5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in construction, industrial, or specialty building products (e.g., windows, garage doors, roofing, glass, lumber, or architectural products).

Proven leadership in managing and motivating sales teams across multi-state territories.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.

Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
