Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled Risk Management Consultant to support moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within the Independent Risk Management domain. This role involves analyzing business / system changes and business processes to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for improvement. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to deliver on key Independent Risk Management objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Consult on and participate in initiatives related to Credit Risk, Independent Testing, or Operational Risk.
Contribute to large-scale planning for Independent Risk Management deliverables.
Review and analyze moderately complex challenges, requiring in-depth evaluations of variable factors.
Develop and execute reports using Tableau or Excel to support key risk oversight activities.
Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, policies, procedures, and systems.
Utilize data visualization to effectively communicate key risk-related insights.
Collaborate with client personnel to address moderately complex issues and meet compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications :
10 years of experience in Risk Management or an equivalent combination of :
Work or consulting experience
Relevant training
Military experience
Education
Desired Additional Qualifications :
Strong experience in analyzing complex business / system changes and identifying potential risk issues.
Proficiency in evaluating internal controls, policies, and processes for effectiveness.
Advanced skills in data visualization and reporting, particularly with Tableau and Excel.
