HRIS Project Manager (ADP GlobalView)
Summary:
Lead key HRIS projects including the ADP GlobalView payroll implementation, ensuring seamless integration with Workday and UKG Dimensions. Drive data quality, compliance, and effective stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HRIS projects with a focus on payroll, time, and data systems.
- Ensure data quality, system integration, and security compliance.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Reporting teams to deliver actionable insights and dashboards.
- Lead project teams, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and ensure project alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 7 years of experience in U.S. payroll and HRIS systems.
- Expertise in ADP GlobalView, Workday; UKG Dimensions is a plus.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Salary : $45 - $60
