We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking, and process-driven communicator to join our team as an HR Generalist. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and providing a broad range of HR support to team members across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities include :
- Overseeing the recruitment process and onboarding for the site.
- Supporting all aspects of talent management at the site.
- Collaborating with the Payroll Specialist to ensure training compliance.
- Assisting the HR Generalist with open enrollment and benefits administration.
- Processing site claims (e.g., workers’ compensation, unemployment) and handling appeals.
- Managing and tracking FMLA and AAP requirements for the site.
- Acting as the site point of contact for random drug testing, investigations, and appeals.
- Partnering with Payroll, Finance, and Operations teams to support payroll processing.
- Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Actively participating in safety initiatives at the site.
This position is based in Decatur, AL, with occasional travel to other production facilities as needed.
