As a Recruiting Coordinator , you’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to facilitate smooth hiring operations. Your role will involve managing data, conducting quality audits, coordinating interviews, and supporting recruitment initiatives to help attract top talent.

What You’ll Do :

  • Support Full-Cycle Recruiting – Partner with recruiters to coordinate interviews, maintain accurate candidate records, and assist with recruitment logistics.
  • Ensure Data Accuracy & Compliance – Manage and audit Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data , ensuring consistency and compliance with hiring policies.
  • Coordinate Candidate Experience – Serve as a point of contact for candidates , ensuring timely communication and a seamless interview process.
  • Optimize Recruiting Processes – Assist with reporting, process improvements, and administrative tasks to enhance overall talent acquisition efficiency.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and senior leadership to align recruiting efforts with business needs.

What You Bring to the Team :

Required Qualifications :

  • Education : High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience : 2 years in data management, administrative support, or recruiting coordination
  • Skills : Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), time management, and attention to detail
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Experience : 1 year in HR, recruiting, or applicant tracking system (ATS) management
