Our Transducer Engineering team designs speakers that are integrated into all Client products. We are a diverse team of acoustics and speaker design experts, accomplished listeners, and creative problem solvers. We work with vendors and cross functional partners to analyze large sets of acoustic data to evaluate the performance of our speakers. We are looking for a candidate to develop tools (in Matlab/Python) for our team to enhance our workflow.

You will be working with a team of people passionate about audio and delivering the best possible user experience. You will drive all aspects of tool development for our team for acoustic data analysis and visualization. This includes working with vendors on data gathering and user friendly tool development.
Education & Experience
Most of our engineers have advanced degrees in engineering or an equivalent field (physics, electrical, mechanical engineering, software engineering, computer science, etc.), but if you've followed a different path to expertise in acoustics and transducer design that's fine too.

Key Qualifications
- Strong Python and MATLAB development background
- Experience understanding engineering workflows
- Focus is on workflow development more than software development (UX design experience is a plus)
- Design-minded: Critical of the status quo. Doesn't settle for clunkiness.
- Strives for seamless user experience, balancing flexibility and modularity with streamlined user flows
- Experience developing applications involving database construction and navigation, data visualization, and complex user flows
- Experience with data science/statistics
- Experience working with vendors
- Experience with factory test data and/or acoustic data
