Job Description
Full time Monday - Friday
Location : El Cajon,CA (Onsite)
18-$25hr
- NO COLD CALLING OR COLD OUTREACH - Only deals with incoming and current clients.
- Sales and Customer Service : Provides sales and customer service support to customers, utilizing sales techniques and industry knowledge.
- Customer Interaction : Assists customers with inquiries on product selection, pricing, availability, and refunds / exchanges via phone, email, or in- person. Requires a strong understanding of company products, procedures, and practices.
- Sales Focus : Actively engages in selling company products / services and related items to drive revenue.
- Estimating and Quoting : Prepares material estimates and quotes for smaller customer orders.
- Order Processing : Accurately enters customer orders into the computer system.
- Complaint Resolution : Handles and resolves basic customer complaints, escalating complex issues to senior staff as needed.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of sales experience
High School Diploma or higher
