- Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to direct reports to meet growth goals
- BA/BS or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience
- Experience leading teams across functional departments in an operational environment
- Proven experience with sales market analysis and community relationship building
- Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
- US Military Veteran
- Experience in military recruiting or similar relevant roles
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and resources
- Demonstrated skills in problem-solving and decision-making
- Familiarity with compliance and contractual requirements
