TalentLogistiX is immediately seeking a Quality Team Lead in the Roaoke, IN area to join our winning team! We offer steady work , above average wages with weekly pay for those with the skills and knowledge to help our clients achieve their goals.
Pay Rate : $18.00 / hr (position increases to $19.00 / hr once hired on permanently by client)
Location : Roanoke, IN
Hours :
2nd shift : Monday-Friday, 2 : 45pm-11 : 00pm
Quality Team Lead Responsibilities :
Responsible for ensuring all teams within the assigned location(s) are operating according to standards and requirements, including safety.
Develop work instructions and train inspectors on proper procedures relevant to the project.
Manage customer relationships
Serves as interim acting job leader when project supervisor is unavailable
Inspects parts
Leads the work of other team members
Ensures all team members have proper equipment, tools, and gauges; verifies that equipment is signed out
Communicate with customer / job site contacts as needed on job requirements
Completes required paperwork as needed for the duration and completion of a project
Completes required training classes
Follows all employee policies and other duties as assigned
Quality Team Lead Qualifications :
1 year in a leadership / supervisor role
Must possess a Valid Driver's License
Flexibility and adaptability
Positive attitude and self-motivated
Detail oriented
