Summary:
- This Field Services Technician I position at our client provides primary support for end-user devices and computer hardware to our providers and staff.
- The role involves user support, maintenance, installation, and project coordination to support assigned systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works closely with the service desk team and leadership regarding hardware and network support necessary for daily operations.
- Installs new hardware as directed
- Moves IT equipment as needed and ensures that all information delivered to offices, administration, and departments is accurate, timely, and complete.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Schedule and Shift Details:
- M-F, 8a-4:30p - No weekends.
- 100% Onsite position.
- 6 week contract, extension possible.
- Must be able to start ASAP.
- Travel will be required in this role as this requires set up of new computer equipment in new office spaces, located in Ann Arbor, MI and Dominos Farms locations.
