Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for providing outstanding guest experiences. As the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all hotel departments, maintaining high standards of service, and driving revenue growth while managing budgets effectively.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead all hotel staff to ensure exceptional guest service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee guest relations and ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and personalized service throughout their stay.
- Manage revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy rates and maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure financial health of the hotel.
- Coordinate with various departments including housekeeping, front desk, food & beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s services and attract new guests.
- Oversee night audit processes to ensure accurate reporting of daily operations.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to enhancing guest experiences.
- Knowledge of budgeting, revenue management, and financial reporting in a hotel setting.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and systems is preferred.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Previous experience in guest services or relations is highly desirable.

Pay: $63,905.00 - $69,224.00 per year
