Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The Staffing Coordinator will collaborate with various departments to meet staffing needs and enhance talent acquisition strategies.
Duties
- Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Manage employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture.
- Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to enhance performance management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and organizational needs.
- Utilize tools such as ADP and Kronos for managing employee records and tracking attendance.
- Research best practices in talent management and acquisition to improve recruitment strategies.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues by providing support and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with HR teams to implement effective talent management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong skills in employee evaluation and relationship management.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition processes and tools such as ADP and Kronos is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.24 - $23.78 per hour
