We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Sales Manager or an ambitious sales professional with at least 5 years of proven sales success and exceptional leadership skills to join a thriving full-service commercial roofing company. What You’ll Do
- Lead and Motivate: Mentor and coach Sales Representatives, fostering a culture of excellence, growth, and team success.
- Develop Strategy: Create and implement innovative sales plans, analyze market trends, and set measurable performance goals.
- Build Connections: Establish lasting relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and property managers by offering tailored commercial roofing solutions.
- Drive Business Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and follow-ups.
- Oversee Projects: Manage accurate building measurements, estimates, contracts, and financial tracking to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate on Marketing: Engage in marketing initiatives to boost visibility and expand the company’s reach.
Required:
- High School Diploma / GED.
- At least 5 years of proven success in sales, with leadership experience highly preferred.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and drive a sales team to achieve and exceed goals.
- Expertise in commercial roofing systems, including single-ply, asphalt, cold-applied, hot-applied, and metal.
- Demonstrated success in growing market share and achieving significant business outcomes.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Superior organizational, time management, and follow-up abilities.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with sales tracking software.
- Experience managing sales teams in commercial construction or roofing.
- A degree in Business or Construction Management.
