Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and assist with market analysis, strategic development, and the execution of strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
- Analyze and provide strategic leadership to understand important quantitative and qualitative factors in business and portfolio analysis, key customer needs, and other market and technical environmental analysis.
- Maintain management of capture and proposal activities, including pursuit status, teaming decisions, pricing, and win strategies.
- Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods.
- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales-related roles.
- Extensive knowledge of production and inventory control, material and capacity requirements planning, and master planning.
- Experience in managing customer revenue growth and commercial management/execution.
- 30% Domestic travel required for this position.
