About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to join our team at TalentZök. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic development and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating pursuits and building customer relationships to identify new opportunities and win new business.
- Developing and implementing market analysis and strategic plans to drive organizational objectives.
- Providing analysis and leadership to understand quantitative and qualitative factors in business development and portfolio analysis.
- Maintaining capture and proposal activities, including pursuit status, teaming decisions, pricing, and win strategies.
- Developing new sales areas and improving sales through various methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales-related roles.
- Extensive knowledge of production and inventory control, material and capacity requirements planning, and master planning.
- Experience in managing customer revenue growth and commercial management/execution.
- 30% Domestic travel required.
