Job Overview
Talkie Communications is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our Tier 1 support team. As the primary point of contact for our valued customers, you’ll provide exceptional service and support across Internet, Cellular, TV, and Home Phone services. In this role, you’ll assist with billing inquiries, basic troubleshooting, and customer account management, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, delivering friendly and professional service.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, payments, account updates, and service changes.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and guidance for Internet, Cellular, TV, and Home Phone services, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm service satisfaction, and address unresolved issues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our support ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other team members and escalate complex issues to higher-tier support as needed.
- Stay informed about Talkie’s products, services, policies, and updates to provide accurate information and solutions.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and a customer-first mindset in every interaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, client services, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic familiarity with technology and troubleshooting processes (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in computer skills, including typing, navigating software applications, and using support ticketing systems.
- A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience with outbound calling or sales is advantageous but not required.
