What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Manager position at Tally Personnel Llc?
The Business Development Manager will collaborate with management to develop new business in strategic market segments, support sales and provide high-level account support to the Artificial Lift sales team and clients.
Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to successful agreement.
Maintain relationships with current clients.
Identify and implement strategies to attract clients from our competition in the industry with strong understanding of our products, services, and industry developments.
Support sales throughout U.S and International regions as expert resource for long-term growth opportunities.
Resolve client complaints regarding sales and service.
Monitor client preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
Plan advertising services, secure information on equipment and customer specifications.
Represent company at trade association meetings and other business events.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
Conduct all business activities in accordance with Tallys policies and procedures, Code of Conduct and all applicable legal requirements.
Bachelors degree in business or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development and account management.
Artificial lift, hydraulic lift (jet pump) sales and account experience and knowledge is strongly preferred.
Outstanding ability to communicate and collaborate across diverse stakeholders with demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with employees, clients and vendors.
Proficient in Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Proficient with statistical analysis and sales software.
Proficient in operating all common office equipment, such as multi-line phone, calculator, cell phone, copier, fax, scanner, audio/visual equipment.
