Position : ServiceNow Applications Developer
Location : Washington DC- Hybrid
Job description:
Ideal candidate will have years of IT related experience
ServiceNow platform administration and customization
ServiceNow User management, roles, and access control using CAC/Smartcard
ServiceNow Workflow design and automation
ServiceNow Integration with external systems
Application of ServiceNow updates and patches
Validate Security posture using STIGs and other DOD standards of OS and ServiceNOW application.
Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management.
Designing and maintaining ServiceNow data backup, restoration, and disaster recovery processes
Maintaining OS and ServiceNow compliance with upgrades, patches, and updates
Help design and implement ServiceNow failover activities and/or processes to execute in a disaster recovery scenario
System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
Integrate external data sources into ServiceNow
Build custom dashboards based on custom application data models and external data sources
Customize and configure workflows and define notifications as part of custom workflows in applications
Education: BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
