Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Assistant, located in Tampa, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Human Resources Assistant will handle various daily tasks such as maintaining employee records, assisting with benefits administration, coordinating training sessions, managing HRIS, and supporting HR management tasks. The role also involves providing administrative assistance to the HR department and responding to inquiries from employees.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
- Skills in facilitating and coordinating Training programs
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in an auto repair or similar industry is a plus
