- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment.
- Assist in resolving patient concerns or issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless patient care.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Proficient with computer software and systems .
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
