Tanner Ryan Executive Placement Specialists is a boutique healthcare recruiting firm specializing in placing sales, clinical, and engineering professionals in the medical device space.
The candidate must be based in the Phoenix metropolitan area: Hybrid position.
We're looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our Founder, Rachel, with sourcing, marketing, and recruiting operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working closely with leadership to make a real impact, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
- Source candidates and manage data in our CRM
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones
- Post jobs and content on LinkedIn, our website, and job boards
- Assist with marketing campaigns
- Screening calls with potential candidates
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of recruiting support, sourcing. Admin/marketing coordination experience a plus.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems Loxo a plus.
- Bonus if you’ve worked with WordPress or marketing tools
- Excellent communicator who is detail-driven and organized
- A team player who enjoys collaborating and adapting quickly.
