The Coordinator, Talent Acquisition will assist with sourcing and evaluating talent for open roles within the organization. This position will assist with the staffing and selection of employees through timely recruitment, reviewing of applications and resumes, scheduling of interviews and offers of employment.
Provide support with recruiting, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates for open positions with the organization
Coordinate the pre-employment process for Corporate and Management roles
Assist with updating the Company’s recruiting platforms
Provide support with the Company's internship programs
Review job descriptions for advertising and posting on internal and external careers sites
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to assist with sourcing candidates, posting jobs and candidate selection
Coordinate with local agencies, attend and participate in college job fairs, and internal hiring events
Provide an enhanced candidate experience and marketing Tao Group Hospitality as a great place to work
Minimum Education and Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant degree
Strong analytical, interpersonal, influencing skills and written and verbal skills required
Must demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated experience using social media channels to enhance sourcing outcomes
Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team.
Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standard
Physical Demands and Work Environment :
Must have good positive energy to make it through the day
Must be able to read the computer monitors
Must be able to print legibly for guests to read
Must be observant and quick to respond to various situations
Must be fluent in both written and spoken English language
Must be able to move quickly through work and set the pace in the office and / or venue
Must be able to sit and / or stand for extended periods of time
Must be dexterous and able to participate in all service aspects.
Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry as necessary
Must be able to push and lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls
Ability to reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Ability to talk, hear, taste, and smell
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
Occasionally work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds and smoke, the severity of which depends upon Guest volume
Office work hours are Monday through Friday 9am-6pm and occasionally work on weekends and holidays with advance notice
