Tappahannock Chevrolet has an immediate opening for a service advisor. We are a new car dealership located in Tappahannock, VA.
Responsibilities include:
· Answer phones and schedule appointments
· Greet customers and write service orders
· Create and provide customers with estimates for repairs
· Determine and recommend maintenance based on vehicle age and history
· Sell recommended service and repairs
· Explain completed work and charges to customers
· Keep customers informed on completion times and service costs
· Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships
· Act as a point of contact between technicians and customers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Automotive service/repair knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Honesty and integrity, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team-first mentality
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to muti-task in a fast paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
