Local Marketing and Social Media Assistant

Status: Part-time

Location: Roswell, GA

Hours: Availability between the hours of 9-5pm EST, Tuesday - Friday.

Reporting To: CEO/Founder

Tara Fust Design is an interior design firm with big plans. We’re looking for a Local Marketing Social Media Assistant to grow, manage, and elevate our Founder's online thought leadership and brand equity while safeguarding our brand standards.

STARTING RESPONSIBILITIES //

Participate in Founder's Personal Brand Strategy Direction

Work closely with the CEO/Founder to determine the direction she should take when determining how best to elevate her thought leadership, plus develop and nurture the Founder’s online brand.

  • Participating in the process of exploring, creating, and producing social media content for new audiences to find and share.
  • Choosing which attributes or taglines to emphasize online.

Oversee Organic Content Creation

Participate in developing and optimizing a cross-platform organic content strategy that supports the Company’s brand and CEO’s thought leadership, driving awareness and traffic, and generating high-quality leads.

  • Develop audience-growing strategies for search, social, and/or relationship marketing channels
  • Manage all social media accounts and email campaigns
  • Create a marketing content calendar so all messaging moments are coordinated with one another
  • Set up the various funnels and schedules needed to move the needle.
  • Develop and maintain processes that will ensure brand and voice consistency, along with high-quality, conversational and engaging writing for all content.
  • Develop a QA process to avoid unnecessary errors, misspellings, broken links, etc.

Keeper of Marketing Assets

Develop and maintain marketing collateral that is published and accessible online by prospects who are interested in and contemplating buying from Company.

  • Review website, sales funnels, and/or landing pages for improvements and make messaging suggestions for improvement working closely with the CEO if they so desire.
  • Regularly review business assets for quality updates and improvements and ensure all marketing assets are aligned and consistent with our brand standards.
  • Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics, Instagram and email provider in order to hypothesize revenue-driving marketing tactics.

NON-NEGOTIABLE QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS //

You do NOT need to be a marketing expert/veteran to rock this position - we will teach you more than you'd ever learn elsewhere.

Candidates MUST come with video producing, filming, and editing experience equivalent to producing short-form social media content like this -

. This is a non-negotiable and you will be asked to take a paid test project to confirm your skills.

Candidates MUST also have a desire to write some social media content, email copy, and persuasive marketing arguments. If you do not like writing copy or new technologies like ChatGPT - this will NOT be a great fit for you.

  • Someone who hates the idea of pivoting and isn’t open to learning.
