IT Leadership & Strategy : Develop and execute forward-thinking IT strategies that drive business growth, operational efficiency, and innovation.Infrastructure & Systems Management : Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of Windows Server, Citrix, and Cisco environments to ensure reliability and scalability.Team Building & Management : Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across desktop support, infrastructure, and helpdesk, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Vendor & MSP Management : Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and lead MSP migrations to ensure seamless transitions and exceptional service delivery.Budgeting & Financial Planning : Assist on IT budgets, optimize spending, and ensure cost-effective technology investments that deliver maximum value.IT Support & Troubleshooting : Ensure timely resolution of IT issues by collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.Security & Compliance : Implement robust cybersecurity measures, data protection protocols, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.Requirements :
Required Qualifications :
10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with expertise in Windows, Windows Server, Citrix, and Cisco environments.Proven experience in building and managing IT teams from the ground up, including desktop support, infrastructure, and helpdesk teams.Strong experience in vendor management, MSP migrations, and IT budgeting.Must be able to perform job onsite in our Austin, TX facilityExcellent soft skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Deep understanding of networking, virtualization, cloud solutions, and IT security best practices.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Relevant certifications (e.g. Citrix, Cisco CCNP / CCIE, Microsoft Windows Server, ITIL) are a plus.Tarrytown Expocare is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
