Key Responsibilities

• IT Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute forward-thinking IT strategies that drive business growth, operational efficiency, and innovation.
• Infrastructure & Systems Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of Windows Server, Citrix, and Cisco environments to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Team Building & Management: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across desktop support, infrastructure, and helpdesk, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Vendor & MSP Management: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and lead MSP migrations to ensure seamless transitions and exceptional service delivery.
• Budgeting & Financial Planning: Assist on IT budgets, optimize spending, and ensure cost-effective technology investments that deliver maximum value.
• IT Support & Troubleshooting: Ensure timely resolution of IT issues by collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Security & Compliance: Implement robust cybersecurity measures, data protection protocols, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with expertise in Windows, Windows Server, Citrix, and Cisco environments.
• Proven experience in building and managing IT teams from the ground up, including desktop support, infrastructure, and helpdesk teams.
• Strong experience in vendor management, MSP migrations, and IT budgeting.
• Excellent soft skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of networking, virtualization, cloud solutions, and IT security best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Citrix, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Microsoft Windows Server, ITIL) are a plus.
