Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of experienced IT engineers focusing on business support and transformation for manufacturing and factory systems.
- Develop and execute strategic plans, manage daily activities, and coordinate quarterly business review meetings.
- Collaborate with various business units to understand capability roadmaps and deliver best-in-class systems.
- Set the future state vision and strategy, improving user experience and employee productivity.
- Lead the department's budget planning process, track spending, and ensure expenditures are within budget limits.
- Guide new software / application development processes and deliver high-quality results on time.
- Build a stronger engineering team through teamwork, talent acquisition, coaching, and employee training.
