The Role
We’re looking for a leader who knows how to build and grow a sales team, lead by example, and focus on driving both team and company success. This isn’t your typical sales manager role—it’s about creating a culture of winning, supporting growth, and helping everyone succeed, all while rolling up your sleeves and contributing to the hustle.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Grow the Team
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Be the kind of leader who inspires others, sets high standards, and helps the team crush their goals.
- Run sales meetings, provide one-on-one coaching, and cultivate a winning mindset.
- Drive Revenue Growth
- Hit aggressive growth goals in both residential and commercial roofing.
- Focus on the team’s success but also contribute through your own sales efforts.
- Hustle & Manage Leads
- You’ll hunt for your own business while also managing leads from a variety of sources, including:
- Referral partners
- Apps like Yelp and Thumbtack
- Our growing call center
- A rapidly expanding canvassing team
- Self-sourced leads will earn a higher commission, rewarding your hustle and network.
- Streamline & Innovate
- Leverage CRM systems and sales tools to streamline the process and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership to create strategies that align with our ambitious growth plans.
- Build Relationships
- Foster strong customer relationships with top-tier service and follow-through.
- Be someone clients trust and rave about to others.
Who You Are
- Experienced Leader
- You have 3-5 years of experience managing and leading successful sales teams (roofing or construction preferred).
- You’ve built teams and driven results, and you love helping others succeed.
- Team-Focused
- You care about the team’s success over personal accolades.
- You’re passionate about mentoring and developing others to reach their potential.
- Tech-Savvy
- You’re comfortable with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other tech tools that streamline the sales process.

- Roofing Knowledge
- Residential roofing experience is a must. Commercial experience is a bonus but not required.
