What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Operations Supervisor I - Alternatives to Incarceration position at Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc?
This supervisor position is for the Alternatives to Incarceration program. This position will oversee approximately 5 drivers / technicians who transport and monitor patients are who attending treatment in the ATI program.
Responsible for overall day-to-day supervision of assigned staff and the day to day operations of vehicles, technicians, and drivers working in this program. This includes oversight of staff responsibilities involving vehicle maintenance, monitoring mileage, cleanliness and upkeep of vehicles, checking on houses where patients are staying, investigation of any vehicle / driving complaints from citizens and patients, and other items.
Also responsible for recruiting, supervision, performance review, and discipline of staff as assigned by Director. Supervisor will also need to update attorneys, and the ATI team involving any requested information about participants in the program, and possibly with compliance. Supervisor will need to discuss any concerns involving housing with patients, staff, supervisor, and director as requested.
Ideal candidate will have experience with vehicle tracking, maintenance, license classes, driver history requests, and supervision of a small team.
High School diploma is required. Class B license is encouraged, although not required.
SUD counselors (registered or certified encouraged to apply if interested).
