What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Service Advisor position at Tasca Buick Gmc?

As a Service Advisor you will be the direct line of communication between the customer and service technicians to make sure all of their concerns are addressed and taken care of. You will also provide estimates for necessary and recommended repairs and services, and confirm warranty coverage for repairs and relay information to customer.
Position is commission based with bonus incentives. Be in control of your own income and success.
CDK experience is preferred but not required, we will be willing to train the right candidate with advisor experience.
