Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Manage orders from entry to shipping, process orders, create picking tickets for the warehouse, and provide instructions to warehouse workers as necessary.
Confirm orders and process invoices, and answer incoming calls and reply to emails.
Keep track of backorders and reprocess when the fill rate is sufficient.
Communicate directly with the shipping department and customers.
Track containers and coordinate with the receiving team to meet ship out date.
Solve any inventory issues and process inventory adjustments to correct discrepancy.
Perform other duties as assigned by managers.
Qualifications:
1 year of shipping or logistics experience is preferred but not required..
Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
SAP software skill is a plus (Willing to train).
Strong work ethic and analytical skills.
