Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative at Tax Airfreight, Inc. located in Milwaukee, WI. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing pro-active support and problem solving for customers, entering orders, researcing discrepencies in orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis.
