What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Administrative Assistant position at TAX SOLUTIONS INC?
We are currently seeking a Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team in Maryland Heights, MO.
In this role, you’ll be the face of Tax Solutions for our customers that come into the office or call on the phone and you will show outstanding customer services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as office liaison, addressing and directing questions as needed. Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
- Responds to all client inquiries promptly and efficiently via email, client portal or by phone.
- Maintain and update records/filing system, and retrieve information as necessary.
- Monitoring multiple email accounts.
- Scanning and uploading documents.
- Assist/provide backup support to other office employees, as needed.
What You Bring:
- High energy level with ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous environment.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- 3 years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Online or Desktop would be preferred.
This is a 90-day tax season position with possibility to stay full/part time for right person.
