We are looking for a 1st Shift( 8 am - 4:30 pm, flexibility is required)
Overview:
The HR Coordinator (Generalist) shall support the HR Department and is responsible for assisting in several aspects of daily HR operations.
Duties (Not inclusive):
Assist with HR processes such as: Time & Attendance Management, Benefits, Recruiting with onsite agencies, Employee Relations, HR Documentation, audits, Tracking of HR Dept. metrics, assisting with Company Events, etc.
- Assisting with all internal and external HR related enquiries
- Assist with Good Manufacturing Practices throughout the plant
- Maintain written and verbal business communication in a professional style efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Assist in controlling wasteMust meet all established standards
- Must follow all company policies and procedures
- Must meet attendance requirements per Taylor Farms as attendance is crucial to position

Work Experience Requirements:
· 2-3 years experience in a relevant HR role.
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required
· Experience in a relevant HR role completing HR processes such as: Time &
Attendance, Recruiting with on site agencies, benefits, employee relations, etc.
· Previous experience in Kronos and UKG time keeping system
· Ability to handle a diverse degree of employee situations professionally
· Must be able to professionally and discretely handle confidential information
· Self-motivation to follow through on daily assignments
· Excellent communication skills and detail oriented
Condition of Employment:
- The successful candidate must submit to post offer, pre-employment drug testing.

Work Environment:
Overall this is an office environment position. However the company itself and being in production area, the employee could be exposed to moving mechanical parts, be around operating machines and equipment therefore a meticulous attention to safety is required. Any unsafe condition is required to be reported to management immediately. The activities of this position will include short periods of exposure to temperatures of 35 degrees. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be trained to safely and effectively work around energy of various types, including moving mechanical parts and vibration. The position includes designated areas where Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn. The typical PPE includes: Ear Protection, smocks, rubber foot slides, gloves, cut gloves, and aprons (additional PPE maybe required).

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, sitting, crouching, twisting, crawling, turning, pushing, pulling, cand climbing throughout the day. It also requires some periods of exposure to temperatures of 35 degrees. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move items over 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
