JOB TITLE: Sales Coordinator/Customer Service
LOCATION: Dallas,TX
JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Coordinator will be a motivated self-starter based out of our Dallas, TX facility. The qualified individual will be an enthusiastic and outgoing individual with the ability to multi-task. Knowledge of fresh cut produce and/or manufacturing is a plus, but not required. Limited travel may be expected depending on operational needs.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a pertinent field is preferred but not required.
Must possess strong organizational and planning skills. Will have excellent oral and written communication skills; as well as a superior attention to detail. This position requires a dependable and reliable work ethic with strong interpersonal skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. Assists the sales team in servicing all current customer accounts and sales leads.
2. Assists the Sales Representatives in establishing and monitoring growth and profitability.
3. Enters orders and answers customer inquiries.
4. Serves as backup for Inside Sales Representatives during their absences.
5. Communicates with production, shipping, and procurement teams to provide superior customer
service to our account base.
6. Utilizes team building and communication skills to create strong department and company- wide relationships.
7. Expert proficiency in company systems (Axapta, Halo, Excel, PowerPoint)
8. Will be an intricate player in the continued growth and development of our division’s profitable product offerings.
9. Constantly strives to develop skills-set necessary to meet departmental and company goals.
10. Represents Taylor Farms Texas, Inc. in an ethical and business-like professional manner in all interactions with co-workers, suppliers, customers, and the business community at large.
11. May attend trade shows and customer functions, as necessary.
12. Analyzes customer product mix to maintain and achieve maximum profits.
13. Performs other duties as instructed by supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week
