We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to be responsible for the leadership of our sanitation program at one of our largest operations in the system. Sanitation is an extremely valuable team that upholds a very important part of our food safety requirements. This person will work closely with the FSQA Team, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement and other departments on the implementation of the master sanitation schedule. Regulatory compliance, program development, SSOP updates, equipment sanitary design, and FSQA compliance are key responsibilities of this responsible leader. Ideal candidates will have experience in a leadership role, knowledge in food safety, possess a hands-on leadership approach, and an innovative mindset.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree, or certificate in a related field, and minimum of 3 years’ experience in leadership role.
- Working knowledge of HAACP and Preventive Controls, SSOPs, Allergens, Organic, and SQF.
- Motivation and drive to be an effective leader and innovator with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong multi-tasking skills; able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure, meet deadlines and accomplish objectives.
