What You'll Learn & Do
People Services Intern Responsibilities :
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting PS data related to recruitment, employee engagement, turnover, and workforce demographics.
- Support PS process improvement by identifying trends, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
- Conduct research on PS best practices, diversity and inclusion strategies, and emerging workforce trends.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support PS leadership in decision-making.
- Collaborate with PS team members on projects related to talent acquisition, compensation, learning & development, and employee relations.
- Assist in the development and administration of employee surveys and analyze feedback for actionable insights.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy when handling sensitive employee information.
